Over the last decade, Red Flag Consulting Solutions’ (RFCS) founder and Chief Executive Analyst (CEA) David Seymour has succeeded in building businesses, increasing valuation and raising millions of investment dollars for start-ups, emerging and middle market companies. RFCS’ unique entrepreneurial, consultative approach and business development acumen has allowed David to combine his legal and finance background to create a consulting firm that is known for its results.

David has been a successful entrepreneur, securities attorney, venture capitalist and real estate and insurance broker. David’s expertise spans across a broad scope of industries, which has led to RFCS’ unique mix of clients and strategic partners.

David is a licensed attorney in California and has a master in business administration (MBA) from Pepperdine University. David was also a Founding Board Member of Pepperdine University’s Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology Law. He lives in Los Angeles with his loyal dog Patience.
